VFFS machine automation and high speeds of 100 cuts per minute using SSC NET network. The system also ensures that there is no need for manual setting of photocell. Apart from high speed of system the system has very less wiring.
Horizontal FFS machine automation using J4 servo motion mark to mark registration accuracy less than 0.5 mm achieved. All servo run in a highly synchronized pattern. The wiring is reduced and E CAM ensures smooth operation of machine.
