Our Services

PHARMACEUTICAL

Expertise on working with various pharmaceutical machines like auto coater, fluid-bed dryer (FBD), Fluid bed processer (FBP), Rapid mixer granulator, compact line, blender, multifunction lab.
Total panel solution involved electrical drawing, panel designing, electrical equipment selection, and panel wiring as per customer/OEM requirements.
HMI activity involved FDA 21CFR Part-11 compliance in pharma manufacturing with following Facilities:

PACKAGING

Vast experience in working with high speed bag making machines and requirement high level of accuracy. Successfully achieved speed of 350 cuts per minute of 200 mm bag length using high speed SSC NET communication.
VFFS machine automation and high speeds of 100 cuts per minute using SSC NET network. The system also ensures that there is no need for manual setting of photocell. Apart from high speed of system the system has very less wiring.
Horizontal FFS machine automation using J4 servo motion mark to mark registration accuracy less than 0.5 mm achieved. All servo run in a highly synchronized pattern. The wiring is reduced and E CAM ensures smooth operation of machine.

SPM
- Vast experience of SPM machine automation for foundries including various type of core shooters, complex low pressure die casting machines using precise PID control, moulding machines.
- Automation of welding machines with servo controls.
- Complex Flying shear for coil processing line using high speed SSC NET network for on the fly cutting. Mitsubishi J4 servo high-resolution 22-bit encoder and features like e CAM ensure high levels of the desired accuracy.
- Roll forming lines and multi punch automation using closed loop servo drives.
  
  PLANT AUTOMATION & DATA ACQUISITION
  - 700 I/O’s PLC system controlling reactors, tank farm and utility for chemical plant.
  - Precise PID control for temp, pressure and flow of chemical plant.
  - Data acquisition from other system using CC-Link protocol.
  - Data monitoring, controlling, reporting and EMS of the plant using SCADA system.
  - Data monitoring, alarms, preventive maintenance and reports on individual clients for various plants of a manufacturing unit.
  - At least 20 types customised reports with graphics, recipe, trends provided on individual clients.
  - At least 150 devices hooked up to SCADA on Modbus.
  - Preventive maintenance alarms and operating efficiency of machine calculated. (OEE)
  - Conducting FAT procedure, I/O Testing and Loop Testing.
  - Site installation & commissioning of Panels and PLC system.
